The reservation may be completed only after availability of the apartment is confirmed via e-mail or telephone (please see: Contact)).
After the particulars concerning reservation date, number of guests and prepayment have been set we would send you the conditions of reservation via e-mail.
The amount of the prepayment is set individually (usually 30%).
When the prepayment is registered at our account (for the account number please see: Prices) we send you the confirmation via e-mail. Missing the prepayment would result in cancellation of the reservation.
We kindly request that you contact us one day before arrival in order to arrange handing over the keys to the apartment (we deliver it either personally or through the security watchman at the premises).
Check in is after 15 (3 o’clock pm) and check out before 11 am. Depending on availability there is a possibility to extend the check out time (paid additionally).
At time of handing over the keys to the apartment you are expected to pay the remaining part of the rent. We only accept cash payments. There is, however a possibility to remit the entire payment due by bank transfer to our account, one day before arrival at the latest.
Guests bear full financial responsibility for all damages inflicted in the apartment. Possible costs need to be settled on the departure date, at the latest.
Guests are requested to obey the mandatory Night Time between 10 pm and 6 am. The behavior of Guests and other people using the apartment should not disturb other inhabitants of the building.
Guest are obliged to keep the apartment in proper order. Final cleaning is included in the rent.
Should you leave before the agreed time we do not refund the already paid days.
By the act of reservation you accept the above conditions for reservations and stay in the apartment.
